2. CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT The presentation of products in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order. By clicking the "Buy Now" or "Complete Purchase" button, you place a binding order for the items in your shopping cart. The purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation via email immediately after receiving your order.
3. PRICES AND SHIPPING COSTS The prices stated on the product pages include statutory value-added tax (VAT) and other price components. Shipping costs are added as specified in our Shipping Policy and will be clearly communicated to you during the checkout process.
4. PAYMENT TERMS Payment can be made using the methods provided in our online shop (e.g., Credit Card, MobilePay, or other local payment methods provided by PensoPay).
5. DELIVERY CONDITIONS Delivery is made to the countries specified in our Shipping Policy. Unless otherwise stated in the offer, the delivery time is 4–7 business days for international orders.
6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (CANCELLATION POLICY) As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire physical possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email).
7. WARRANTY AND LIABILITY Statutory warranty rights apply to all goods delivered from our shop. We are liable for damages only in accordance with statutory provisions, primarily in cases of intent or gross negligence.
8. GOVERNING LAW These terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
